If you haven't noticed already, some of the catagories are gone. For example. Buddy Lists, Newb Sightings and such belong under General CP chat.

I didn't delete those things on purpose. All you have to do is create your own topic called Newb Sightings under the General Chat forum! Instead of complaining about here, go out and post a topic about it!
And Justin, no, I shouldn't create a newb section. It's not that broad of a subject. Just make a new topic about it...
