I've been thinking lately that maybe there are too many Moderators.

Here's what I'm going to do. All the current Moderators that get removed from the Moderators list, are going to be put under the Trainee-Moderators. Most likely because you aren't on often enough.

The only difference in a Moderator and a Trainee-Moderator, is that a Trainee-Moderator only has to moderate the Club Penguin …

If you haven't noticed already, some of the catagories are gone. For example. Buddy Lists, Newb Sightings and such belong under General CP chat.
